As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage accounting and tax processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Manage and analyze financial data using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and TaxCom.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and TaxCom.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
