📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize warehouse layouts and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP Warehouse Management and Blue Yonder.
• Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement in fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing and inventory management.
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory control and order picking.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and fulfillment optimization.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP Warehouse Management or Blue Yonder.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and logistics software is a significant advantage.
