As a Physical Therapist II at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes patient recovery and well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Utilizing advanced tools such as the Therabody, Lifespan, and Dynacare, you will provide hands-on therapy sessions, educate patients on exercise and lifestyle modifications, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate physical therapy into comprehensive patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy, with a focus on clinical practice.
• Certification from the Indonesian Association of Physical Therapy (IAPT) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using advanced physical therapy tools and equipment, such as Therabody, Lifespan, and Dynacare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development in physical therapy.
