Diamond Place Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Finance (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining financial records. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to make a difference in our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including bank transfers and credit card payments.,Prepare and submit financial reports and statements to the accounting department.,Maintain cash registers and ensure proper reconciliation of daily cash counts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for clients and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in financial records.,Familiarity with basic accounting software is a plus.
