📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising department operations.,Coordinate and plan department activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.,Attend and participate in department meetings and events as required.,Any other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
