📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing training budgets and resources.,Facilitate communication between the training department and other departments.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and training management software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
