📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding receivables through phone calls, emails, and visits.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Track and update client records in Salesforce, our CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding amounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate collections.
• Handle escalations and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery.
• Contribute to the team’s overall performance targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and collections.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
