📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all departmental processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring that we are able to source high-quality products at competitive prices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of employees.,Strong knowledge of coffee production, brewing, and quality control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve departmental performance.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
