📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance,Managing and mentoring the department team,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance,Leading and participating in departmental projects,Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,Representing the department at company meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices
