In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all medical devices are functioning optimally. You will work closely with our engineering and medical staff to provide timely and efficient support, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment such as MRI machines, X-ray systems, and other critical devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical devices, working closely with engineering and medical staff.
• Monitor the performance of medical equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with the biomedical engineering team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of medical devices.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in the hospital's electronic health records system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electromedical Technician or similar role.
• Certification as an ATEM (Associate in Technical Education in Medical Equipment) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using medical equipment maintenance software such as Epicor and GE Medical.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
