📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate Fiber Optic (OSP) and FTTH deployment projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify optimal locations for fiber optic infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee cable laying, splicing, and testing to ensure high-quality installations.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Report project progress and status to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in Fiber Optic (OSP) and FTTH deployments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project.
• Certification in telecommunications technologies, such as ITU-T, TIA, or similar.
• Familiarity with GIS and CAD software for site planning and mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
