📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients' addresses to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans with clients
- Ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections
- Provide regular reports to the collections manager
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for auction
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or financial services
- Proven track record of successful collections
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of financial services and regulations
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali
