📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily fleet operations and maintenance coordination
• Monitor vehicle performance and track maintenance schedules using FMS
• Support route planning and logistics optimization
• Assist in preparing operational reports and data analysis
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions
• Learn and apply best practices in EV fleet management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of EV technology and operations preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Indonesian citizenship or eligible to work in Indonesia
