📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and check-ins/outs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns with a smile.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest area, contributing to a pleasant environment.
• Promote our luxury services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using hotel management systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and the right to work in Indonesia.
