HR Executive - Foreign Worker & Expatriate Management

As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for our foreign workforce. You'll work closely with our local and international teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You'll also be responsible for managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact on our operations in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for foreign workers and expatriates, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to our foreign workforce.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Provide HR support to the local and international teams, including training and development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction scores.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on foreign worker and expatriate management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team.
