📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manpower services industry.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
