PT Yudha Lestari is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier Staff to join our team in Pematangsiantar. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering processes. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.,Ensure the cashiering area is clean and organized at all times.,Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Assist in training new employees in cashiering procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
