📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary measures to protect data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and systems.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic networking knowledge and experience with network devices.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
