📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance, conduct training, and provide feedback to enhance productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
