As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring minimal wait times.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor cash levels and reconcile daily deposits to prevent shortages or overages.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure they meet performance standards.,Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with the management team to improve cashiering operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using POS systems and cash register software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local customs is a plus.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
