In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the villa, including coordinating with housekeeping staff, managing guest requests, and ensuring the villa is always in pristine condition. You will also have the chance to develop your leadership skills by training and supervising our front desk and housekeeping teams.

• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
• Manage the daily operations of the villa, including coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the villa is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Train and supervise our front desk and housekeeping teams to uphold our high standards of service.
• Assist with special events and celebrations organized within the villa.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and villa operations.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring all amenities and services are available and functioning properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably in a villa or high-end hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
