Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.

• Maintaining office records and files.
• Handling office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Providing information about the company and its services.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
