📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and expenses.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth dining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
