Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Identify and target potential customers and clients through various marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
