Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both customers and internal teams.
  • Handling cash deposits and withdrawals.
  • Preparing and reconciling daily cash reports.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of cash handling procedures.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
