📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent cooking and knife skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Passion for food and commitment to quality.
