MT Relocations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial close.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.,Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong background in general ledger management.,Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
