📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a senior HR role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
