📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the work process,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management systems and software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
