CapitaLand Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our Legal team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of real estate projects across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the business units on all legal matters related to real estate development and transactions.,Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.,Manage and oversee legal matters related to property development, including land acquisition, zoning, and environmental compliance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, land use, environmental, and labor laws.,Represent CapitaLand in legal proceedings and negotiations, both internally and externally.,Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice to the business.,Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector.,Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to real estate and property development.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Indonesian.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven experience in managing legal matters related to property development, including land acquisition, zoning, and environmental compliance.,Knowledge of legal software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
