📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient health status.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.,Assist in the coordination of patient discharge plans and follow-up care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience in managing and leading a team of nurses is a plus.
