Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Set and track sales targets, ensuring that they are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is adequately supplied to meet customer demand.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
