Point Direct Ekspansindo is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our supply chain processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and vendors.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of supply chain processes to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior supply chain staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues.,Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
