📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the guest rooms and common areas.,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and cleaning.,Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.,Assist with event setup and breakdown when required.,Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.,Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team.,Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tasks.,Must be at least 18 years old.
