Global Construction is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales professional to join our team in Bantul. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales for our construction products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound telemarketing activities.,Maintain and grow a customer database by adding new prospects and updating existing information.,Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
