📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct individual and group parenting coaching sessions to address specific challenges and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each family's needs.
• Provide resources, tools, and strategies to help parents improve their parenting skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for families.
• Educate and empower parents to make informed decisions about their children's development.
• Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Promote positive parenting practices and create a supportive community for parents.
• Participate in workshops, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance your coaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parenting coaching, counseling, or a similar role.
• Certification in parenting coaching or a related field (e.g., Certified Parent Coach, CPCC).
• Strong knowledge of child development and behavioral science.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with online coaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or similar).
• Passion for empowering parents and making a positive impact on families.
