Deputy / Centre Leader - Early Childhood Education

As a Deputy / Centre Leader at Elitez Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the Centre Leader in implementing our educational programs, and fostering a safe and engaging environment for our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Centre Leader in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the preschool center.
• Support the implementation of educational programs and curricula, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children.
• Oversee the well-being and safety of children, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of teaching staff.
• Monitor and report on center performance metrics, including attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
